• We will only access, use, and store data necessary to provide the agreed-upon features (e.g., posting content, retrieving analytics).
• We will not share TikTok user data with third parties without your explicit consent.
• You can revoke access at any time via TikTok’s security settings.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service (excluding content uploaded by users) are the exclusive property of Imtim and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
